Fuel pump

The fuel pump stays on after opening the switch. I hope it's related to the bad LH. 

The cover off to get it clean and painted. All these area will be cleaned and painted. 

Transmission leaking badly

The transmission is leaking really bad...mostly from the passenger side of the car. Will be addressing this problem as soon as I get it started.

So I finally got the 928 up in the air and started poking around....initial diagnostics.  Definitely the LH is gone. I kept trying to start the car seating inside always by myself and never heard the injectors ticking away. When trying to test the fuel pressure I had someone start the car while I was in the front on top of the engine and I heard them...rapid fire ticking...all the injectors. BTW the fuel pressure 60+ psi. Check the spark...got spark. Took out the LH and sent it to John Kuhnn for rebuilding. 

Meanwhile I did find most of the spark plug shaft with oil; couple inundated in oil..yet there is no oil leaks anywhere outside of the engine. After some research I come to find out that it's common. After I get it started I'll change valve cover gaskets and spark plug gasket rings. I'm now concentrating on getting the engine going. But to do that  cleaning out the oil around the plugs, going to change the oil, the filter and install new plugs. 

This engine needs a major bath.
